We know that providing responsive and cost effective services and maintaining our focus on customer service has been the key to our success. We are committed to maintaining our position as the most comprehensive recycling, waste and destruction company in the NT by continuing to expand our capacity and providing cost effective services to all clients.

our commitment

Prices are fixed for a full financial year i.e. July 1st to June 30th the following year.
Prices rises at the commencement of a financial year will reflect only the CPI for Darwin as determined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics plus any Council/Government landfill cost increases.
Service Agreements are flexiblefor 2 years. NTRS will notify all customers 60 days prior to the Agreement expiry.
Agreements are NOT self-renewing.
We will beat any written quote for services for a 12 month period by 5% and match the entire range of services.

To pay accounts according to the agreed terms (14 days unless otherwise negotiated)
To maintain collection containers in good condition
To ensure only appropriate waste is in collection containers
To ensure that filled collection containers are available for collection
To give us the first opportunity to meet your waste management needs
